01 Area of application

These Terms & Conditions apply exclusively to all orders and services provided by Konpakt (a sole proprietorship operating in Utah, USA, or its affiliates/successors). Deviating terms from customers are not recognized unless expressly confirmed in writing by us.

02 Conclusion of contract, correction of input errors, contract language, storage of the contract text

1) Product listings on konpakt.com are non-binding invitations to offer.

2) By completing the Shopify checkout and clicking "Complete Order", you submit a binding offer to purchase.

3) We may accept by sending an order confirmation email. Acceptance is typically within 1-2 business days; if not confirmed within 7 days, the offer is rejected.

4) You may correct input errors at any time before final submission in the Shopify checkout.

5) Contract language: English only.

6) We do not store the contract text for retrieval—please save your order confirmation email.

03 Prices, payment

1) Prices are in USD and as displayed at checkout (subject to change until order confirmation).

2) Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected by Shopify.

3) Shipping costs are flat rates displayed at checkout (no free shipping).

4) Payment is processed securely via Shopify upon order submission. Goods are dispatched only after full payment.

04 Delivery

1) We ship worldwide from Utah, USA, primarily via USPS with optional tracked UPS shipping.

2) Typical processing time: 3-5 business days if in stock. Delivery times are estimates only.

3) Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier.

4) International orders are Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). You are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, and any brokerage charges. We are not liable for delays caused by customs.

05 Retention of title

Goods remain the property of Konpakt until paid in full.

06 Deviations, warranty, product safety

1) Minor deviations from product images (color, texture, finish) due to materials or small-batch production are possible and do not constitute defects.

2) We provide a voluntary 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from date of delivery. Remedy is repair or replacement at our discretion.

3) All implied warranties are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law.

4) Certain products (toothbrush KP2, chopstick spoon KP3) contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age—choking hazard. Adult supervision required for older children.

07 Intellectual property rights

All content on konpakt.com (images, text, designs, logos, product photos, etc.) is owned or licensed by Konpakt and protected by copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is prohibited.

09 Limitation of liability, governing law, final provisions

1) To the maximum extent permitted by law, Konpakt is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid.

2) These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA (excluding conflict of laws principles).

3) Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any disputes shall be in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

4) If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.

5) We may update these terms at any time—continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
