Returns Policy
01 Eligibility
1) We accept returns of unused, unopened items in original packaging with tags within 30 days of delivery.
2) Hygiene items (e.g., toothbrush KP2 or any oral/personal care products) are non-returnable once the hygienic seal is broken or the item has been used—for health and sanitation reasons.
3) Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss/damage in transit.
4) No restocking fee for items returned in resaleable condition. If item is damaged by customer, we may deduct a 50% restocking fee or decline the return.
02 Process
1) Contact jordan@konpakt.design for return authorization and instructions.
2) We will provide a street address for returns (packages cannot be sent to the mailing address above).
3) Include order number and reason for return.
03 Refunds
1) Refunds issued to original payment method upon receipt and inspection.
2) Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
